The chalets are located at Tanjung Simpang Mengayau, which also known as the Tip of Borneo in the local. It was a famous destination by having the meeting point between South China Sea and Sulu Sea. Besides, invincible scenery, pearl white beach and deep blue sea water also can be found in this place. This newly founded destination becomes popular nowadays with lots of events held at here yearly such as the Borneo Music Fest. It is a perfect crossover between an orchestra performance and the scenery that draw up a beautiful picture for tourists to enjoy.

TSM Merrimas Villa is proud to present the construction of Phase 1 which comprises of 14 chalets and a restaurant. Among these chalets, there are three categories, namely Honeymoon, Hyperstar and Happyfamily. Honeymoon category consist 9 units of double queen-sized bed chalets, while Hyperstar category is having 2 units of double queen-sized bed chalets but with a larger space. Finally, 3 units of chalets with 2 rooms and a living room are under Happyfamily category. Each room comprises with 2 double queen-sized beds. Besides, Kudat is also a place that is famous for its seafood varieties and you can have the opportunity to taste the local seafood at the restaurant inside here.

The design of the chalets are based on nature and matching the natural environment of the Tip of Borneo. Thus, cement is not considered in constructing the chalets outlook. Wooden and selected bamboos are the priorities materials. Besides, there is fully air-conditioning inside the chalet. Other basic amenities such as cabinet, television, desk, hot and cold water, wifi and etc. are also included. Thus, you can experience the difference of the internal and external design of the chalets.
